Claire is a Director at AccountAbility, and is responsible for global operations across the organisation, taking the lead on HR, legal, and governance matters.

Claire joined AccountAbility in May 2002 and became a Director in April 2009. Previously she worked in the insurance industry, and then tourism where she spent five years with Kuoni Travel, a Swiss-owned luxury travel operator.  With over fifteen years of operational and managerial experience, Claire has seen AccountAbility develop tremendously over the years, helping guide the organisation through its international growth and expansion of its service offerings. Claire is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

When not working, Claire is training for her next marathon, which she will run in early 2013!
