Ted is a Director at AccountAbility and the Global Head of Research and Development.

Prior to joining AccountAbility, Ted. was a trusted advisor to CEOs and C-suite executives with more than 25 years experience in business and philanthropy. He has been recognized throughout his career for his ability to work in complex and diverse organizational settings engaging divergent businesses and executive teams to achieve a common goal.

Ted's previous role was as Special Assistant to the President, Office of the President at The Rockefeller Foundation. His responsibilities included strategic advisory and planning activities, executive communications, governance matters, relationship management and strategic partner development along with day-to-day management of the department supporting the President.

Prior to the Rockefeller Foundation in 2009, Ted spent 25 years at JPMorgan Chase, where he held a variety of positions which included over a decade working with CEOs and members of the senior executive team on a broad range of strategic, governance and operational matters.  These included mergers and acquisitions with a focus on leadership in post merger integration efforts, organization change and restructuring initiatives, senior leadership development and supporting the CEOs on a  broad range of operating matters. Ted began his career as a Retail Banking Analyst before advancing to a series of increasingly responsible capacities that spanned the domestic and international reach of the institution.

Ted graduated from Drew University with a BA degree and obtained his Masters at the Stevens Institute of Technology.

His other career activities include serving as an Ambassador for Carnegie Hall, where he provided pro bono services to the senior management of this renowned cultural institution. He has also been a consultant to the Partnership for New York City, a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing New York's position as a center for commerce, culture and innovation.
