AccountAbility Head of Services, Europe, David Pritchett, Appointed to EPRA sBPR Advisory Panel

AccountAbility is pleased to announce that Mr. David Pritchett, AccountAbility’s Head of Services, Europe, has been appointed to the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) Sustainability Best Practice Recommendations (sBPR) Advisory Panel. The sBPR Advisory Panel, composed of a selection of experts and professionals in the sustainability sector, shall support EPRA and member companies regarding queries related to application of the sBPR Guidelines, promote EPRA methodologies and advise EPRA and member companies on sBPR reporting. With the Panel’s efforts, EPRA expects standards and consistency of sustainability reporting for listed real estate companies across Europe to improve.


With more than 220 members, covering the whole spectrum of the listed real estate industry, EPRA represents over EUR 430 billion of real estate assets and 86% of the market capitalization of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Europe Index. Since 2011, EPRA has been encouraging the disclosure and transparency of real estate’s environmental impacts through the dissemination of the EPRA Sustainability Best Practice Reporting (sBPR) Guidelines. Through the annual sBPR Award, EPRA recognizes companies which have issued the best-in-class annual sustainability performance report, and raises awareness of and encourages the uptake of the EPRA sBPR and guidelines.
