Use AA1000, contribute to its development
AccountAbility facilitates a network of learning, experience and standards development to support organisations in using and improving the standards for accountability.
The AA1000 Series of Standards are principles-based standards for organisational accountability. They were developed through extensive multi-stakeholder consultation and review processes and are designed for use by any type of organisation from multinational businesses, to SMEs, governments and civil society organisations. They are also compatible with other key standards in this area, including the GRI Guidelines and other financial accounting standards.
There are a number of ways to become involved in the ongoing development of AA1000.
