Head of the Americas
Lindsay Kordik is a Senior Manager of Advisory Services and Head of AccountAbility’s Americas Practice.
Lindsay has worked for over a decade as a client partner and team leader in the public relations, communications, and sustainability space—supporting global Fortune 500 companies across the retail, entertainment, financial services, creative, and non-profit sectors.
In her most recent role at Swarovski as Head of Sustainability, Lindsay oversaw the company’s environmental and social impact strategy across five divisions and a cross-global team. In this capacity, Lindsay implemented UN SDG-aligned water stewardship and crystal upcycling manufacturing and community programs, as well as managed the organization’s vast portfolio of advocacy partnerships. She directly contributed to the development of the luxury Atelier Swarovski Home line and related art and design projects alongside industry leaders including Yves Behar, Greg Lynn, Zaha Hadid, and Patricia Urquiola.
Lindsay has worked as a team member, client, or partner with companies such as the Nature Conservancy, MIT, Mastercard, Disney, the Oscars, UN Women, Estee Lauder, Universal Music Group, MLB Japan, New Line Cinema, Warner Brothers, Valentino, the Sundance Film Festival, and NETFLIX, among others.
Lindsay holds an Executive Education, Global Business, and Politics Certificate from the Yale School of Management, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
