Rachel is the Head of Global Operations at AccountAbility.

Rachel brings over 20 years of expertise in Project Management, Operations, Investor Relations, Facilities, and Coaching to AccountAbility. With a diverse background spanning industries ranging from commercial real estate to private equity, finance, apparel production, pharmaceuticals, and lodging, Rachel oversees operations and business processes across the firm’s functions and global offices.

Prior to joining AccountAbility, Rachel was focused on Investor Relations at CoStar Group, a $38bn commercial real estate data firm, where she created and implemented the structure, targeting, and reporting systems for a new Investor Relations team and redesigned the website, earning praise from both internal and external stakeholders for improved quality and navigability. At JBG SMITH, a Fortune 400 REIT, in addition to Investor Relations, she also managed the fund asset reporting, companywide business performance, ESG reporting, and the management of internal and external stakeholder and vendor relationships. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
