By leveraging AccountAbility's Stakeholder Engagement Standard and Stakeholder Engagement "Healthcheck" service, National Grid is equipped to improve its approach to stakeholder engagement year-over-year
“We adopted AccountAbility’s AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard in 2016, and have expanded its use within our business every year since. We chose AccountAbility’s Standard because it provides a logical framework upon which to embed and improve our approach to stakeholder engagement.
